Increases performance (weight load and stamina) and makes muscles feel/look fuller. When you take it your skin tingles and it's a little weird. In addition it raises body temperature and heart rate increases so watch dosing

In the first three weeks of taking beta-alanine I really didn't notice any dramatic difference in my progression (lifting volume and intensity) as an intermediate lifter. Then I decided to cycle off of it when my supply ran out a couple months later. Wow, I noticed a big difference then... Within a very short period of time off cycle, my reps and bar weights both went down 10%! And I had to rest longer between sets just to get through the same amount of work. Now I never want to go back off this stuff.

It took a bit of patience, but now I can honestly say I can't imagine training without BA. At first, you just notice the tingle and think "So, this is what I paid for?" But after about five weeks, I noticed that those last reps were getting a helluva lot easier, and my rest periods were getting shorter and shorter. Way less burn too. Really takes the edge off a long drop set. I'm a big fan of cardio as well, and I noticed I could go at least an extra ten minutes (at full intensity) each session once BA really kicked in. Three grams pre and three grams post and I'm set.

I purchased 100grams first and after a week ordered a kilo. Loads more vascularity, fullness and less pain during high rep sets of legs. The leg days was when i put this to the test. I take 2-3 grams pre workout and another 2-3 grams about 12 hours later. Tingles are annoying at first but become enjoyable with time.

I have tried 3 different Beta-Alanine supplements and this was easily as effective as the rest. It is difficult to improve on bulk supplements quality, but the price was outstanding. Will purchase again in the future.
