The synthesis of ATP by intact respiring (working) mitochondria requires the presence of oxygen, magnesium, substrate (glucose, lipids), ADP and inorganic phosphate.xxiv,xxv Additionally, riboflavin and niacin, two of the B Vitamins, are directly involved in ATP synthesis.

Authoritative sources have documented the essential electrolytes in human nutrition (i.e., sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, and phosphorus) and their roles in fluid balance, muscle and neurological function. Bad tast but boy does it help you mid workout!!!! I do recommend it but just not in cola. No way does it taste like pop. The energy you get from it will last you 45-1 hour easily. I do recommend it to people here.
