This protein is much lighter to drink, the flavor is fantastic, and the results I'm getting with this is much better than with ON Casein (I say this, cause I just changed Shotgun to Jack3d, and my muscles are much more bloated!). In essence, this product is a superior version of the well-known "Muscle Milk," a good product in its own, but one with inferior ingredients to UP 2.0. Contrary to some opinions, I think the price and ingredient profile are just right for the intentions of such a product.
