Great appetite suppression and nice mood elevation and energy. Not a huge stimulant, but still energizing. The thermogenic effect is quite noticeable, so much so that I can only take 2 capsules, otherwise I begin to sweat, even at very mild activity levels. The product's effects last as advertised. One dose lasting at least 7-8 hours. Plus, the capsules just look really cool.
