Redline Black on Blue Directions:
The maximum recommended serving is 3 Redline Black on Blue capsules. However, begin use with one or two Redline Black on Blue capsules daily to assess tolerance. Never exceed three total capsules daily or in a single dose. Take Redline Black on Blue capsules upon awakening.
One serving (three capsules) contains 275 mg of caffeine, approximately equal to three cups of coffee.
