Hard to say how well this works since I only took it for a month, but I did feel good after dosing and slept very well while taking this. Pumps did come easily, appetite was strong but did not notice any fat gain while taking Hemogex. This seems like it would work very well over time. A little pricey but Nutraplanet has the best deal and this was at my door 3 days after ordering.
