Friction Suggested Use:
Start with 1/2 to 2/3 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix One (1) level scoop of FRICTION® with 8 ounces of water or your favorite non-caffeinated beverage. Unlike other supplements in this category, FRICTION® is very powerful and requires only one (1) scoop. Always consume at least 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of body weight. Example: 160 pound person would drink 80 ounces of water per day.

Meltdown Suggested Use:
