This is a great creatine, other then the price, and the taste..
It was very effective, unfortunately I couldn't stand the taste, so I decided tog et NeoVar.
If you like eating butt, enjoy.

Directions:
Combine 1 heaping teaspoon (~6g) of CEX™ with 24 oz of water. Always use 24 oz of water for great taste and effectiveness.
