This is the best combination of bulk supps with a flavor enhancer. USP was even nice enough to give the dosages. And Refresh is a interesting combo too. You have to google the ingredients and dosing though because its not on the bottle. I found it on BB's forum. this does everything one should expect from mixing all of these together and i love it. Great endurance, focus, pumps and some BCAAs as well. Anyone on the fence about this should get it ASAP before the Refresh is gone. Don't let the simplicity of this scare you and the lack of stims, it is the best pre-workout that has no stims I have ever tried. Add in a scoop of Jack3d and watch out, you will try to lift the whole gym at once!
