Cissus RX didn't do anything for me, Jack3d is under-dosed where you need it, Powerfull, Anabolic Pump, Prime, Pink Magic and Recreate all did zilch for me. OxyElite Pro is pretty good as an energy supplement, but that's about it. I honestly think they spend way too much money on advertising and creating false hype about their sub-par products and not enough on making the products halfway decent. However, that being said, Yok3d is freaking awesome for a pump product. I was skeptical again because of all the magazine ads where people (probably fake people) said all this amazing stuff about how their arms were exploding and crap like that... but, I gave it a shot anyway... and it has blown me away. Great pumps every time in the gym. Tonight, after doing a pre-exhaust routine for legs, my quads actually hurt because they were pumped so full of blood. I've got to take 4 caps because I'm right at 200 lbs, but I'm glad I found a product that works. Arginine on its own never did jack for me, and GPLC is way too expensive. This stuff is great. I don't like almost all of USP Labs products - I don't like Jack3D and I don't like OEP. The only product they've made before that I've enjoyed has been Recreate. However, this product works really well for me. I take 3 caps 90 mins before a workout, about 2 hours from my last meal. The pumps I get beat any other product I've used. Thumbs up from me. Less is more By: WilliamReview posted on: Sun Mar 13 06:54:53 -0400 2011 Ive been messing around with the doses...started with 3 caps 2 hours pre workout got pretty decent pump and real veiny...4 caps gave me less of a pump....2 caps 2 hours pre on empty stomach and 1 oep an hour before workout was ridiculous....bottom line is you have to play with the doses and timing..with this product i find that less is more...and you are stacking with jack3d only use one scoop becaused the 1'3 di will constrict your blood vessels too much. |
