super cissus is without a doubt the best product i have ever taken and believe me i have taken them all. for the first time in 6yrs i have had no pain in my neck,shoulders or elbows. i have been training like i used to when i was 22yrs i am now 40yrs of age. i tell everyone about the product and would recommend it to anyone with any type of joint pain. i also sleep like a baby, where i used to wake every 1-2hrs every night. thanks again. upslabs aussie mark

My shoulders hrt on and off for years (mainly due to wear and tear from sports and lifting), but I never really found anything to take the pain away. I went through dozens of bottles of glucosamine/choindroitin/msm and it worked to an extent, but never truly got rid of the pain. I heard so many good reviews for SuperCissus over the last few months that I figured I'd give it a shot because my left shoulder was really acting up and hurt any time I used more than 225 on the bench (best max ever was about 8 months ago at 345. Didn't feel much during the first week or so, but I think sometime we want a product to kick in instantly so I tried to be patient. After about 10 days I noticed my range of motion was greater and the pain was less! I took 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner and after about 25 days or so my pain was virtually all gone. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend this to others.

IMHO this stuff is a must have! My joints thank me for taking this after every workout!! It is one supplement I can't do without! I started taking it a long time ago after a shoulder injury. . . it helped me get back to the gym full force, and I've been taking it ever since.

Wow, a usp labs product that actually works. I had shoulder discomfort/inflammation for a couple days and it was looking like it wasn't going away. Purchased a bottle took a few days off and about 5 days later it felt much better. When i went back to my workouts i have not felt the discomfort again. Could be masked or could be healed, i don't know. Either way this product helps joint problems.

i'm on my second bottle of this. i am taking this and "anarchy stack"-ALCAR,ALA,CLA,GREEN TEA XTRACT. i have lost 20 lbs since i started. i haven't even been lifting, just bicycling a few times a week and hitting a heavy bag twice a week for 6 five minute rounds with 1 minute rest. also playing softball once a week. my appetite has gone down but i don't seem to have lost any muscle mass. pain: i have had bursitis in throwing arm and terrible shin splints from being overweight/shattering my leg in a crash and being flat-footed. super cissus has really cut down on the leg pains and eliminated shoulder pain from throwing a baseball. i reccommend pitchers try this for arm and shoulder pain. starting dosage: 3 pills with each meal. now 2pills/meal. i have missed a few doses every week as well. i will post again after this bottle.

Super Cissus Rx Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 10 minutes prior to breakfast and 1 capsule 10 minutes prior to the last meal of the day.  Super Cissus Rx promotes healthy tendons, ligaments, cartilage and joints.

Myotropic use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 4-5 times daily 10 minutes prior to eating.  The myotropic effect of Super Cissus Rx should be felt within 8-12 days marked by an increase in strength, recovery, and blood flow to the muscle (Cissus Pump).  Cissus Rx should be used for a MINIMUM of thirty days to allow for full recovery and muscle growth potential.
