Massularia Acuminata Massularia acuminata is a plant that has long been used in parts of Africa as an aphrodisiac. Recent evidence suggests that these aphrodisiac properties noted anecdotally in humans, are due to the plant's ability to increase endogenous testosterone levels. In a study in animal models, an aqueous extract of the plant was shown to increase serum luteinizing hormone and testicular testosterone levels by approximately 66% and 60%, respectively, relative to controls, after 3 weeks of administration in the highest dose group. The increase in testosterone was found to be a dose-dependent effect, increasing significantly with each dose escalation. In addition, other androgenic markers also indicated that the plant was effective in this regard, including a significant increase in testes-bodyweight ratio. The authors of the study concluded that the use of the plant as an aphrodisiac is likely tied to its androgenic potential (i.e., ability to increase testosterone levels), based upon these data gathered in an animal model. All of these effects were demonstrated without any note of adverse effects. I was about to order my second bottle of Pink Magic and thought I would write a review of my first bottle. For me it worked great. I did however stack it with Prime, and my eating and training routine are very rigid and on point. I increased both my bench and deadlift by 10% in three weeks, which may not seem like a lot but I had hit a plateau. I would recommend this only for those who are serious about proper nutrition and taking their workout to the next level. For those everyday gym bodies whom work out as a way of talking to girls, and who don't watch what you eat, I don't think you'll get much out of this.... All over the AM Forums / MFF Forums people were talking about this. I bought it when it came out through GNC for the $79.99 price tag as something to run in conjunction with bridging the end of a PCT into a 10 week recovery and I really have not seen anything crazy with it. I will need another blood test to confirm this isn't the case, but I have a feeling it has not increased my free test by any significant level. Have not seen large strength or vascularity increases as well. On week 3 of 4 of the original bottle. I get more energy and willpower to lift heavier and longer from a good PWO drink. Look @ BPI's 1MR or Purus's Muscle Marinade, you'll be more intense and want to go heavier, and you won't need to pay the large price tag for something that doesn't have well proven ingredients... While it has boosted my strength some I still prefer to use other products. As stated before this product did have a unique marketing campaign as do all USP Labs products. Price tag is way to high for a test booster. Purchasing bulk test booster powders is a better option. Stephanie!!! So far I've experienced a significant increase in strength and more vascularity at 2 weeks in. |
