Been using for a few weeks now with noticeable gains in size and performance . . . and when I miss a serving, I definitely feel less than my best at my next workout . . . great product and awesome value . . . I take it post-workout with Carb Slam, probably gonna start adding a gram of beta-alanine and a few grams of taurine
