I've been using Ecdysten at 60mg/day (2 caps 3 times per day) along with 3 caps of SyntraEC (375mg I believe) for the past 4 weeks and have been very satisfied. Since I started 4 weeks ago I've gained 5lbs and have noticed a constant feeling of muscle fullness. I'm a competitive swimmer and have noticed improved pool and weight workouts (note that the 5lb gain has come while swimming 6 days/week and lifting only 2 days/week). Overall I'd give this combo (Ecdysten + SyntraEC) 5/5.
