Training Days:
As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 scoops with 16-24 oz of cold water 30-60 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). For optimal results, avoid consuming any type of meal (including protein shakes) within an hour of taking Armageddon. As glutamine is know to interfere with nitric oxide production, avoid consuming glutamine immediately before using Armageddon. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should start by using half the recommended dose (1 scoop in 8-12 oz of cold water) to assess their individual tolerance to this product. Do not exceed more than 3 scoops during any 24-hr period.
Non-Training Days:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 8-12oz of cold water (preferably on an empty stomach). As on training days, avoid consuming glutamine immediately before using Armageddon.
