This is a back to basics supp just like whey and creatine. I like ZMA because it seems to help me sleep deeply and maybe increase test a little? Even for the sleep factor alone I like this stuff. Seems to work best if taken on a fairly empty stomach right before bed.. Timing is pretty key with this and might help to take 4-5 days off sometimes to regain full effect.
