Picamilon 50 Directions:

Take 1 to 3 capsules 1 to 3 times daily, preferably between meals on an empty stomach.

Picamilon-50 is commonly used either as needed, or on a 5 day on, 2 day off pattern in order to avoid developing a tolerance. Do not exceed 4 weeks of continuous usage without taking at least a 2 week break.
