Xtend has been my training partner for the past year 2 years and I don't plan on working out without it again. I've tried every flavor except for apple (which is up next) and besides grape they all taste good.

By now, most all of us know the benefit of Xtend before and during your workout. To be honest, I was skeptical about anything melon flavored or lemonade. I've tried both now and have to say that they are absolutely PHENOMENAL!! I really enjoy drinking this stuff when hitting the plates. Though I'm a big fan of straight water, having a little "zing" does put the "spring" back in my step. Nice job, guys!!

This stuff is great,it defenitely taste like liquid watermelon jolly ranchers. Its helped boost my level of workouts alot. I can lift more and longer with more intensity. And recovery time in between reps has lessened. Cant beat the taste and mixes perfect with shaker cup. I've found Nutraplanet to have great prices and fast shipping.

taste like watermelon jolly ranchers, mixes great when shaken, helped reduce recovery time and increase stamina in gym. great staple for anyone, whether it be bulking or cutting.

Directions:
