Might as well just buy liquid sesamin. Dosing is a bit simpler compared to the liquid form, but that is all. The ultimate portable form of sesamin! By: DavidReview posted on: Tue Nov 13 16:55:14 -0500 2007 After having the most incredible cuts of my life while using Avant's liquid sesamin, I was in search of a brand of encapsulated sesamin that would be more portable. I tried several but have settled on Scivation's. I have gone through at least half a dozen bottles in the past year or so. The 000 sized caps may be large in appearance, but they go down smoothly. The liquid inside originally had me worried about cracking a cap open by mistake and the resulting mess, but to date this has never happened. The caps seem quite durable and a little flexible and are fine in a small pocket supplement case I carry. When I cut, I watch my diet very closely, but enjoy a cheat day about every ten days (don't we all!), and that is where these caps are very helpful. Compared to when I used to supplement my cheat days with just EFAs and CLA, switching to using EFAs and sesamin definitely yields better results. For you statistics people out there, I hate to disappoint you but I don't keep records. All I can say is that sesamin in general, and Scivation Sesamin capsules in particular, make a notable difference in keeping me lean when incorporated into my regimen. |
