I'd go with a better blend, rather than a cheap WPC. Both Gaspari's Myofusion and Xtreme Formulations have superior products Good not great. Secondly it is basically a whey blend with whey concentrate mixed with isolates. Many people, including myself, dont respond very well to Whey concentrate as it gives them gas. Still a good solid product if you are on budget. I drank my first chocolate Scivation shake today and I have to say it's vastly superior to bodyfortress's chocolate; I actually enjoy drinking my protein shakes with skim milk now. It mixes easily, doesn't contain aspartame, has solid nutritional statistics...I only wish they'd include an amino acid profile.
