A Lather to Love By: JoshuaReview posted on: Sun Feb 15 16:41:39 -0500 2009 Java Lather doesn't contain any artificial ingredients, or harmful dyes or chemicals that certain people can have a bad reaction to. All ingredients are all-natural. I tend to scrub hard in the shower, which most likely accounts for why my skin would appear to be somewhat red and irritated. However, this would subside within a few minutes after showering. The bar does contain natural coffee grounds and you will notice this as you scrub. The texture of the bar definitely helps to exfoliate your skin. My skin appeared much less oily and much more soft after I started using this soap within a few days. At one point, I lathered up my face since I ran out of shaving cream. This worked just as good, if not better. I suggest purchasing a few bars since you will be using this more often than you probably expect. My bar lasted approximately 2 to 3 weeks. I will purchase again. I have yet to try the liquid version.
