I tried Havoc and DCP, and both did not let me down. Gut health finally come in handy for me when I upped my whey intake, and I am sure you know what happens when you do (the silent killer). Gut health was able to help me with my gas as I continue upping my whey with no problem. In addition, I feel my digestion is vastly improved, and that protein is utilized more efficiently. My immune system seems stronger, and I have not had indigestion since trying it. Highly recommended as a staple. |
