Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG)...Arginine isn't something the human body can metabolize to boost NO levels. Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine Was shown in studies on active human males to work, arginine is just a rip off

a nice formula without a bunch of filler crap. plus, 45 servings is great, because this formula gets me amped on only 1 scoop, so the value is definitely there. the taste is nice... reminds me of cherry candy.. although its fruit punch flavor i get a cherry taste. yum.
