i started taking 1 pill right before i worked out and about 2 weeks later i noticed i was leaner and bigger then ever..great supplement to take when wanting to loose fat but not sacrifice and muscle and give you energy..persoanlly im not sensitive to suppluments so the first time i took it i noticed somewhat of a rush but i could have just been physcoloical...besides its $5 whats there to loose?

Directions:

Take one tablet or as desired. Adults and Children 18 years of age and over: 100 to 200 mgs not more often than every 3 to 4 hours
