It was my second time using it and taste was terrible (kinda plastic, not natural at all) first time was good even enjoyable! Has anybody experienced same, could it be harmful if the taste is bad and I mean really bad!?

I used this in conjuntion with a Fish Oil, CLA, Green Tea stack... 2 caps x3 times a day fish oil 2x3 CLA 1x2 green tea 1x3 Sesamin I have leaned up tremendously over the last month. As a bonus- My skin feels soft and smooth.. The problem with this stuff is the delivery... Its a jar of oil! I poured in into an eyedropper bottle which gives about 1ml per...

Good product and great price. Much better value than buying the caps. Kind of messy, so if portability is a consideration, this may not be the product for you.

Great product to get ripped, I put my sesamin oil in a old clean IGIA spray snore bottle. It gives you easy dosing as each spray is 1ml. You can find clean spray bottles at drug stores take home wash put in sesamin oil or a fat burning combo. Try sesamin oil, olive oil for increases thyroid activity, and depending on how many ml. the bottle will hold dissolve measured amounts of yohimbine and other hcl. fat burning products. Just be sure to dose correctly.

Dosing is tricky and greasy but this leaned me up quite a bit. I eventually just sipped a bit from the bottle as all other methods produced a greasy mess. Maybe I overdosed a bit but who cares, it worked :)
