I like it. a tbsp before bed with a few other things stacked and i sleep good. I know its addictive, but whatever. its the lesser of 2 evils....insomnia Vs. addictive product. Stack with melatonin, diphenhydramine and you'll sleep.

This stuff really relaxes me after a long day at work highly recomended and remember don't take for more than 3 days in a row without taking two to three days off.
