I like it. a tbsp before bed with a few other things stacked and i sleep good.
I know its addictive, but whatever. its the lesser of 2 evils....insomnia Vs. addictive product.
Stack with melatonin, diphenhydramine and you'll sleep.

This stuff really relaxes me after a long day at work highly recomended and remember don't take for more than 3 days in a row without taking two to three days off.

Phenibut Powder Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 servings 2-4 times per day. For use as a sleep aid, consume 2-6 servings before bed. Start at the lower dose to assess tolerance. Do not take for more than 3 days in a row with out 2-3 day wash out.
