GTE is a staple for me due to its many benefits: antioxidant, metabolism boost, immune system strengthening, etc. I particularly like it since I never have the slightest hint of sickness, even when those around me are overcome with coughing, sniffling, yada yada. Considering the price, it's well worth it. It'll even be better when Nutraplanet caps theirs....100 caps at $7.99...I'll be the first to buy.
