I've finished a Kilo of this and am now onto my next Kilo. I feel more of a pump and recoop faster after an intense workout. I know there are mixed feelings about Glutamine working or not. I take about 20 grams throughout the day and I notice a difference. Also, this is a good price I think for a Kilo.

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (1 teaspoon) into 4 ounces of water or juice after training and 1 scoop prior to bed-time.
