Most likely from going heavy on Bench and because of this pain other exercises like curls, skulls crushers, overhead extensions, and pretty much any kind of pressing exercise became increasinlgy difficult. I tried doubling up on fish oil. No Change Tried Glucosamine/Chondrioton MSN Combos. Nothing I heard about Cissus through an aspiring powerlifter at my gym so I decided to give it a try. He recommended me Super Cissus RX by USp but I didn't have enough money for it. So I went with Primaforce. After 2 weeks in I can honestly say I'm cured. No Pain at all and I'm back to moving big weight. The best thing about Cissus is not only does it work profoundly, but it took nearly 2 months of discontinued use for me to experience any kind of recurring pain. I have had serious inflammation problems with my shoulders for many years now, and tryed all kinds of products that have not worked. This product is by far the best, its the only one that has worked for me and allows me to workout like i used to before I had this problem, Highly recommended!!! I submitted my review before that date and it popped up on Nov 13th. I really do use the Primaforce Cissus and I like it. I'm jumping on the Super Cissus sale going on right now though!! By: caseyReview posted on: Thu Jul 09 11:12:36 -0400 2009 im taking this because i had wrist tendonitis. it got BAD. im talking i was about to have to stay out of the gym. i couldnt even open up my thumb or inwardly rotate my wrist. a little over a week on this at 2 a day, and its nearly completely gone. IM BACK!!! plus im leaning out. a friend of mine had elbow tendonitis and it went away but returned a few months later. thank you primaforce for the high dose ketosterones |
