I actually find this brand of caffeine stronger, faster absorbed,better than generic caffeine which is why opted to review it and ordered it again.

Like the title says, it's caffeine, so there's no grey area as to what you expect. However, I found that by stacking this with say Purple Wraath or Xtend, it magnifies the workout capability. I took this with Purple Wraath pre-cardio about 20-30 minutes prior, and 25-30 minutes of cardio was SIMPLE! It was over before I knew it and I STILL had a tone of energy. I only took 1 tablet daily, as 200mg was all I needed.
