Great endurance although I notice a slight probably unnoticeable to most water bloat if you go over board. Overall the endurance is great as a cross country runner and boxer I will admit this will be a staple of mine!

I really can tell I'm using Beta Alanine with the Primaforce ß-Alanine after 3 weeks showing more muscle fullness, and have had greater strength while using, not alot but anything helps. For the most part it is tasteless and very easy to chute or mix with anything, I've dumped it in my morning coffee before. Will continue to use for an extended period.
