I've tried everything and I keep coming back to 5-htp when I no longer can handle the anxiety. After usually a week of 300-400mg a day divded of 5-htp my anxiety starts to go away completely. Low serotonin is directly linked to many anxiety disorders. This is a must try for anyone with those issues. Got serotonin?
