I suffer from panic attacks from time to time. I also have general anxiety. I've tried everything and I keep coming back to 5-htp when I no longer can handle the anxiety. After usually a week of 300-400mg a day divded of 5-htp my anxiety starts to go away completely. Low serotonin is directly linked to many anxiety disorders. This is a must try for anyone with those issues.

take continously for a few weeks to feel mood change effects. take 200 - 300 mg at once when acute effects are needed.(i.e. combat a severe hunger pan, or to replenish your 5ht stores after md*a) and for that this works beatifully. and Primaforce is a brand ive come to respect for quality and price...so u cant go wrong :-)
