i wish they made this in a bag,will anyways this is the only protien i use and it works i take one scoop after every meals and the first thing when i wake up and the last thing when i go to sleep.one scoop is 30 mgs of protien so it helps if your protien needs are 250 grams +.i hope they change the picture over to the new picture i missed it before.
