I got this as free sample and loved it, so I bought a tub. Amazing mood, clean energy and no crash. Good pumps and is also delish. I can take this for evening workouts and still sleep great. This stuff is legit and yet so underhyped which I appreciate. One of the best all around pre-workouts I've tried and I've tried many. Don't let the understatedness fool you. Try it.

This stuff tastes just like grape juice, it's almost ridiculous. As far as how it is as a pre-workout, it's BCAAs, EAAs, Beta-Alanine and caffeine. What else do you need?
