This is one of the best tasting shakes there is. (Even with water) The nutrient profile is top notch for a post. I don't consider my workout complete until I down this right after. To see the best benefits, I recommend taking two scoops even though it is pricey. Great product from ON as usual.

Gotta say this is a hell of a product. The profile is excellent, and the taste is outstanding, even in water. The price is decent, could be better, but overall a solid post wo shake.

I use this right after my workouts for carbs proteins and aminos. it is the best post workout supplement on the market and it mixes and tastes amazing!! 2 thumbs up on this one

I got to say this is my new staple in Protein. Its good right before bed due to the fiber in it and is easier on the stomach. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for sustained protein and a decent price! GOOD JOB Opt. Nutrition!! JQuest
