My main motivation is to comment on the taste: it's great. A couple other reviewers complained, so I had to speak up. With water, it's so/so, but I absolutely love it with milk. Sure, it's no milkshake, but when it comes to proteins, even caseins, this is as close as it gets. I actually look forward to having a scoop of this in a glass of milk each night before bed. And with a good consistency, it's great to mix with yogurt, blueberries, etc. and make a smoothie/shake with, too! Not to mention it's got the ON brand, one that I trust.

I think these guys a whining more about the texture then the actual taste. casien is meant to be thick and clumpy. If it wasnt then ud have some bad quality casien. I love the taste of this stuff and love the taste of the clumps even more. the chocolate reminds me of the taste of chocolate frosted yellow cake. also this is probably the purest casien product available. man up

This product has great benefits but I can almost not stand the taste. Just plain nasty. OP does have other great products though. There has to be other better tasting slow release proteins out there. It is very thick and taste flaky or something. very hard to swallow.

I believe ON has a good quality line, but the taste of this protein is beyond horrible, it is economical but there are other casein options out there like ultra peptide or evopro that actually taste good
