This is a true natural relaxation aid that yields nice, deep sleep. I believe this is definitely worth a run for everybody. Play with the dosing though. I started with the serving size (2 caps) but found that 3 caps was just perfect for me.

I love this stuff. It helps me fall asleep and literally sleep as sound as a baby. I combine this with the Genera 1-carboxy and I sleep like a rock! Highly Recommended!

Better price than all ZMA products out there. It has less capsules per serving and it also includes L-Tryptophan which will also aid in sleep, and is not included in all other ZMA products.
