Every time I tried to take this I could expect to spend at least the next 12 hours running to the bathroom every couple of minutes with explosive bright yellow diarrea. I tried messing with the dose and changing the ammount/kinds of carbs I was eating. In the end I ended up throwing the rest of this away. I did loose alot of weight durring the week or two I was messing with this stuff. But that wasn't my goal.

I've ran two bottles of Anabolic Pump and I've also run the YG bulk, and i must say that the "umph" in YG bulk is 2 times that of Anabolic Pump. That's just the effects that I have gotten from it.
