I have just starting taking this stuff, so I cant speak to the results. However, in terms of taste - I downed it straight up. Some one described it as a grapefruit peel, I think that does it justice. Not the best tasting, but I honestly thought the "powerfull" powder was way worse. It does seem to linger a bit, but again its a bitter taste. Maybe down it with grapefruit juice? definitely do-able without capping, but if you dont like to taste your supps, maybe capping is better for you!

I have to admit, this is not the best tasting product but it is manageable....excellent cutting agent. I don't have the patients to cap products so I just throw it back and chase it.
