No sugars, colorings, random stuff you've never heard of. And it does what it says. The only thing I wish it did have is a reccomended dosing chart or something on the bottles. I honestly have no idea how to dose it. I've read online about the three products seperately and a bunch of sites say different things about each product. The only one I know for sure about is the CEE. But for me, I just take a gatorade G2 and spoon some of each into it. Probably about half a table-spoon each. And for me, as far as I can tell, it gives me a great pre-pump feeling. But the one thing I love about this stack is the endurance feeling it gives you in the gym...you truly train as hard at the end of your work out as you do on your very first set. Just as effective as all of the overpriced pre-workout sugary products out there. Pumps are great from this. They taste pretty bad if just taken with water (like Cleaning Product). The best way to take that I've found is to get about 5-6 oz of HOT water, mix in all the ingredients of the stack. I even add in NP bulk Beta-Alanine and some Bulk Mono. Everything should disolve in the HOT water. Once disolved then add low sugar cranberry juice to taste (Mine is about 50mix/50juice). It seems to cut the taste very well and comes off like a slightly tart cranberry drink. I imagine any juice would work. DON'T waste your time trying to find the best pre-wo supplement and spending all your cash. BUY THIS AND PLAY WITH THE DOSAGES AND CREATE YOUR OWN MONSTER PUMP PRE-WO DRINK!!!! The CEE and Citruline are just added goodies. Alot of people complain about the taste of this...Well the problem is...there is no taste... now Yellow Gold....oh yeah thats unbearable. But this is nothing like that. Still its not pleasant by far so what works best for me at neutralizing the taste a recipe of AEE + 1/8 Teaspoon crystal light + warm water = Problem Solved. Note to anyone out there that just adds bulk powders to water.......If the water is cold.....your going to get the full taste of the powder....Warm water is a great neutralizer. The biggest downfall is the taste, there is not any. Mix with 1\4 cup of dextrose and some protein powder and you will not be dissapionted. Pumps and recovery are impressive. You get the pump and a lil more vascularity came out than normal...But omg this stuff tastes like crap...Especially the arginine ethyl ester...Make sure you take this with something that tastes REALLY REALLY good other wise your going to throw this stuff right back up. I pour a sip's worth of guava juice, and take shots of each of the three seperately, then i hope to God i dont puke it back up haha. If you need the stims, get a bottle of caffeine pills. I thought taste was tolerable, but for $20, CAN'T be beat. EVEN BETTER, the customer service at NutraPlanet is AMAZING. For 20 bucks this will part of my pre-workout routine for a long time. Workouts are lucent and powerfull. Pumps last for hours after workouts (for me the pumps seem to last from workout to workout at this point) and it provides just enough energy to get that extra rep or 2 in. That neverending total body pump makes it all worth it. IMO theres no reason to even try another at this point. Add in the price, $20 for a months supply, and it simply cannot be beat. Taste is so-so; just put it in juice (not a shake, it needs to be taken without other aminos/protein) or add a flavor system or other flavoring. But honestly, you HAVE to buy capsules for the Arginine Ethyl Ester; i am not kidding, it is the worst thing i have ever tasted in my life hands down. I thought i could get by without capsules but i was wrong, literally cant be done even if you plug your nose.
