By: michaelReview posted on: Tue Nov 13 16:54:46 -0500 2007 Taking 4gm a day and the first week back in the gym I felt only moderate soreness which is usually debilitating after such a long lay off(almost 1 yr) It must be working as stated by optimizing hormonal function.After taking this on an empty stomach I feel slightly hypoglycemic which leads me to believe that its shuttling nutrients out of the blood stream and into the tissue.
