Took 500 mg along with piracetam and 1, 3 dimethyelalanine and was able to focus and write papers with no effort. I have ADD and this is a great supplement to help with that! Works best if taken after a meal which had some fat in it. You must cap this powder as it has the absolute worst taste of any bulk powder that I have had (and I've tried a lot!). To say that it tastes like gasoline would be an improvement, it tastes like gasoline on fire doused with horse urine. Great with caffeine and PEA.
