I havent taken too much of this yet, but from 1 cap, I notice nothing.. so Ill try 600-900mg.... Im not sure what i was expecting anyway! Ill keep updating!

This is a very potent supplement. Take it with some oil containing food and any sort of Stimulant and you are set. I took it with AMP and Tight Hardcore and it adds to the clear energy feeling you get from either (or both) of those Supps. Highly Reccomended
