L-Tyrosine (500 grams)

L-tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid (it can be made from phenylalanine) found in many protein sources. It is a precursor to epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine, and thyroxine. Supplemental L-tyrosine has been studied as an athletic enhancement aid and in the treatment of depression, drug dependence, narcolepsy, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, phenylketonuria, and many other conditions.

There have been few products that i've taken that i've noticed such a difference in so rapidly. I'm taking 1.2g 3x daily combined with 1.5g beta alanine in a drink, and its a fantastic combination stimulant and concentration improver. I'm going to have to get a capsule kit now, so I can easily bring some in to work with me!
