It is not instantized so it doesn't mix the greatest but no leucine does. I have noticed more muscle growth when I sip it constantly. Better recovery too. Excellent stuff. I use a scoop or two of gatorade with about 3-4 tablespoons of leucine and about 16oz water. The leucine powder is tasteless and mixes great, completely dissolved within a few minutes. |
