Pretty good stuff here for a good price. I bought this to throw in with some gatorade powder to sip on during my workout. I use a scoop or two of gatorade with about 3-4 tablespoons of leucine and about 16oz water. The leucine powder is tasteless and mixes great, completely dissolved within a few minutes.
