This product is great for pump and recovery. However it has a very chalky taste. I find that it needs to be mixed with a drink with very strong flavor. Its awkward taste is it's biggest downfall.

Great for post-workout. It's cheap and effective. Works alot better for me than dextrose and maltodex. They made me add belly fat while Waxy Maize makes my muscles full and my waist the same.

I cant really tell any difference between this and my "usual" ground up oats. It works, but oats are cheaper. I also seem to get a lot of gas from WMS. Your mileage may vary.

I try and buy all my supplements from NutraPlanet. If they don't carry it - I ask them to consider stocking it. You buy 200$ and you get it shipped free -- I always shoot for that. Their products always arrive promptly and on my last order they threw in a NutraPlanet Tshirt (nice Tshirt - thanks guys) This is an essential part of pre/post nutrient delivery. Make everything you do count the most

a little chalky but hey it's WMS very cost effective and it mixes pretty well in a shaker cup I prefer oats but it's quick and easy great for post workout shake!!
