HGW is gotta be one of the best, most inexpensive libido booster, I've used. better than most test boosters. More "wood" = more"test" :) I dose one 1-2 servings, three times a day. Upon waking, afternoon, early evening. I always take it on an empty stomach. In hopes of better absorption.

Excellent product. Definite increase in testosterone. More strength, libido, and energy. Just take 1/4 t. 2-3 times a day and your all set. Just don't take it too close to bedtime because it does give you quite a bit of energy and can keep you awake. Always on an empty stomach for best results. This actually works better than the more expensive Icariin powder sold here!.
