Given that there are many different types of glycerols, we have found that GMS is far superior for bodybuilding applications.

Glycerol is a substance which has been shown to elevate blood plasma volume. Recent studies have shown that consuming glycerol before a workout can boost your ability to retain intra-muscular fluid by up to fifty percent.

Our Glycerol Mono Stearate comes from the highest yield food grade glycerol available.

Dosing should be about 1 part GMS to 1 part of active. For instance, one would consume 3 grams of GMS and 2.5 grams of CEE before a workout. You should note that by using GMS, the average dose of most active ingredients will be less than if used alone.

GMS was beginning to work its magic on me and then I don't know what happened. It was like my body just rejected it. I would hurl my guts out shortly after taking it. I'm scared of this stuff now.

I don't know if this product works or not, although i hear it does. I bought it and tried it on 3 occasions with different dosing ranging from 3g or less and every time i got literally the worst stomach ache of my life. Not sure if i'm allergic but i would recommend starting with smaller doses just to make sure your body is okay with it.

This product is a very nice surprise to say the least. I can't believe more people haven't tried it. I take about three grams with Dicreatine Malate with AAKG and I feel pumped for about 10 hours after using. My muscles feel a lot fuller and when combined with creatine and WMS, it makes for one hell of a pump during workout and lasting way after. The product doesn't dissolve well, so you will see the little chips floating at the top of the shaker bottle, which doesn't seem to matter because it's still very effective. I will definatly buy this again.

Well take this product.I was skeptical at first but since using it Ive noticed Im much fuller afetr my workouts lasting til late evening.I can dring a gallon of water and my body will hold it for hours after my 5gm dose of GMS.
