It is truly fantastic, it kicks in after about an hour and gets your ass moving!! The best part is my mind remains sharp and clear and I don't get the shakes like ephedra used to do, also no aweful crash and burn like caffeine or ephedra. Just can't say enough good about it. 1 cap is enough and it lasts me around 5 hours. It starts somewhat subtley and ends same way so its not like hitting a wall when you come down. A half cap is sufficient too on days I don't want to be bouncing off the wall, but need the extra mental clarity and energy ( like on days I get 5 hours of sleep, but don't need to be doing any high energy activity like running or the gym). If you are thinking about buying this product, set all doubt aside and give it a try you will be impressed! That is very effective and Geranium is a component. I wanted to see if Geranium by itself acted as well as Jack3d. Overall I'd say, for me, it works about 70% of Jack3d's magic. However Jack3d is not much more expensive and includes a lot of other stuff that seems to be very good, too, including some (supposedly) proprietary stuff. Granted a package of Jack3d would probably last about half as long as 100 caps of Geranium but again, there's also more stuff in it. But there is no doubt, Geranium by itself does kick in the CNS. For some people who simply want a dose of energy and focus to tackle a workout and don't feel they need the other stuff, this would probably work fine. Like others have said though, beware of habituation. I always PR or come close when I take a cap pre workout. I have not increased my dose yet because I only use it sporaically. I've heard you build a tolerence to it quickly, but using it on and off like I do it works great every time. Last time I took it I also too a bronkaid (12.5mg ephedrine sulphate) and that was a fantastic workout. I ordered 1 gram of pure 1,3 dimethylamylamine a while back for $10.00 and this is the equivalent of 6 grams for $20.00. You can't beat that. For a legal product this stuff packs a pretty strong punch. It is true that only one capsule is needed and actually this may be a bit strong for some people. I took one earlier and am still feeling the stimulant effects hours later. This is one of the few places I've been able to found this product, and the others sources I have found are more expensive (like $20.00 for one gram). Great Stuff. Wooooah! I have taken 1 60mg tab with 200mg Caffeine. 45mins blasting triceps. 15 HIIT on Treadmill and 1 hour later ready to go again. BTW 200mg of Caffeine and I'm able to sleep so this Geranium is defiantly a must have for any stim lover! |
