By: BryanReview posted on: 2011-01-05 08:43:38 -0500 very, very potent, easily the strongest stim i've ever tried. one of these + 150-200mg caffeine is a turbo charge like nothing else and blows ephedra out of the water in my opinion. expect an increase in strength, explosiveness and more so than both of those 2 combined: endurance. my cardio went up several notches on this stuff. i found the energy clean though a bit much at 60mg for use outside of physically activity. don't take it anywhere near bed time, effects are still kicking to some extent 6 hours afterwards. my only gripe is the dosage per cap. i wish they would do 20mg caps or 30mg caps so you can play with it a little more without having to break them open. for the price you can't go wrong though and i'm more than happy with the product. It is truly fantastic, it kicks in after about an hour and gets your ass moving!! The best part is my mind remains sharp and clear and I don't get the shakes like ephedra used to do, also no aweful crash and burn like caffeine or ephedra. Just can't say enough good about it. 1 cap is enough and it lasts me around 5 hours. It starts somewhat subtley and ends same way so its not like hitting a wall when you come down. A half cap is sufficient too on days I don't want to be bouncing off the wall, but need the extra mental clarity and energy ( like on days I get 5 hours of sleep, but don't need to be doing any high energy activity like running or the gym). If you are thinking about buying this product, set all doubt aside and give it a try you will be impressed! That is very effective and Geranium is a component. I wanted to see if Geranium by itself acted as well as Jack3d. Overall I'd say, for me, it works about 70% of Jack3d's magic. However Jack3d is not much more expensive and includes a lot of other stuff that seems to be very good, too, including some (supposedly) proprietary stuff. Granted a package of Jack3d would probably last about half as long as 100 caps of Geranium but again, there's also more stuff in it. But there is no doubt, Geranium by itself does kick in the CNS. For some people who simply want a dose of energy and focus to tackle a workout and don't feel they need the other stuff, this would probably work fine. Like others have said though, beware of habituation. This product did nothing for me.. I took it for a week the way instructed.. then took one early in the day and one around 3.. still nothing.. I felt it was safe considering my results to take 2 at a time.. still nothing.. each time I waited a few days before 'experimenting' again.. In my opinion I wasted my $30.. I have about half a bottle if anyone wants it.. didn't even bother to write the company doubt seriously them refunding anything.. |
