Di Creatine Malate is a highly soluable creatine salt that provides much greater increase in creatine bioavailability over regular creatine monohydrate. The compound is creatine bound to malic acid. I really love this stuff. I notice increased pumps and I can do more reps with each set. The gains remind me on Creatine Mono, but without all the bloating. I will definatly buy again and at this price you can't go wrong.

seems to work better then regular creatine. added alittle more water weight and strength over regular creatine. good price. has a sour flavor and makes me thirsty.
