Di Creatine Malate is a highly soluable creatine salt that provides much greater increase in creatine bioavailability over regular creatine monohydrate. The compound is creatine bound to malic acid. Malic acid is a naturally occuring kreb cycle intermediate, meaning that malic acid plays a crucial role in our natural energy cycle. Malic acid coupled with the effect of creatine, as in Di-Creatine Malate, offers much greater ATP production over conventional creatine monohydrate.

2-3 grams per day is a widely accepted dose.

Favorite Creatine By: Patrick

I really love this stuff. I notice increased pumps and I can do more reps with each set. The gains remind me on Creatine Mono, but without all the bloating. I will definatly buy again and at this price you can't go wrong.

Question By: Dan

I just picked this up (mostly to get over 75.00 for free shipping) and i am trying to determine the best dosage to take, and how. Is a teaspoon added to a shake a normal amount? I dont have a scale so its hard to figure out. Thanks for any advice. Dan

It's Junk By: Troy

This is absolutely the worst Creatine I have taken so far. I'm giving it the worst rating to match my experience. I'm not that worried about the money, but it was a waste of my time in the gym, when I could have taken something good. Cons: The consistancy is not good, it's clumpy, which tells me it has already turned into a byproduct. Creatine should be dry and fine like salt. It does not mix, period, ever. So it sits on your stomach and causes discomfort and gas. It is not complimented by sugars or chems to help the uptake, and since it does not disolve as I already mentioned, it does nothing but make you sick. It did not give me any engergy, it did not give me any strength, it did absolutely nothing for me at all. It's essentially junk. Pros: None

I ordered this because it was cheap and have heard good things about Dicreatine Malate, i add 1 TSP to my shakes and it seems to work good the taste isnt really noticable besides adding a sour bite to whatever you mix it with id deffinately reccomend mixing with something fruity cause sour choclate peanut butter protein shake isnt very good. Overall good product didnt mix all that well but most did.
